The rules for using CaregiversOfDFW.com.

1. Acceptance

By using this Site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Nature of the Site

The Site is a community, referral, and recruitment platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not an emergency service. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

3. Submissions and Consents

You agree to provide accurate information and to give the two required consents at submission (contact consent and agreement to the Privacy Policy and Terms). Marketing messages require your separate optional opt-in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Coverage and Routing

Coverage is ZIP-based and subject to verification. If your ZIP is not covered or no verified provider is available, we may hold your request, notify you, or route it to a qualified partner — we never guarantee care, employment, or scheduling. Submissions that appear fraudulent or abusive may be rejected or rate-limited.

5. Caregiver Applications and Referral Partners

Applications do not guarantee employment. Providers verify credentials, references, and licensing in accordance with HCSSA obligations (26 TAC Ch. 558). Referral relationships are governed by separate agreements where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, and technology (including the Coverage Manager platform) are owned by NuStreamz, LLC

7. Acceptable Use, Warranty, and Liability

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, submit false or abusive submissions, interfere with non-public systems, or scrape content. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuStreamz, LLC
200 S. 14th St., Suite 150, Midlothian, TX 76065 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $500, whichever is greater).

8. Indemnification, Governing Law, Severability
