How Caregivers of DFW Advisor collects, uses, and protects your information.
1. Who We Are
This Site (CaregiversOfDFW.com) is operated by NuStreamz, LLC
200 S. 14th St., Suite 150, Midlothian, TX 76065. It is a community and recruitment platform for caregivers, families, and referral partners in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. It is not an emergency service.
2. Information We Collect
When you use this Site's forms you may provide your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and message content. We and our service providers also collect basic analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location via Google Analytics 4), server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps), and the ZIP code you enter for coverage routing.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry (call, text, or email at the number and address you provide), to route your request to the licensed provider serving your ZIP code (NuStreamz, LLC D/B/A Touching Hearts at Home – Southern Dallas), to operate caregiver recruitment, to maintain security, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising.
4. Texas Data Privacy and Security Act
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (Texas Business & Commerce Code Ch. 541) grants Texas consumers rights of access, correction, and deletion, and the right to opt out of sales and targeted advertising — we engage in neither. To exercise a right, contact privacy@caregiversofdfw.com. We will respond within the period required by law (45 days, extendable) and may verify your identity. You may appeal any refusal through the same channel.
5. Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting a form you give two separate consents: consent to be contacted about your inquiry at the phone number and email you provide (by phone call, text message, or email), and agreement to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Marketing text messages require a further, separate opt-in that is optional, and you may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting privacy@caregiversofdfw.com. Standard message and data rates may apply.
6. Health Information and Texas Regulation
The providers we work with are Texas-licensed Home and Community Support Services Agencies (HCSSA) regulated by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission under 26 TAC Chapter 558; this Site's operator holds HCSSA license Not applicable — lead-generation platform; does not provide HCSSA services. If you share health information, we use it only as needed to provide or arrange care and protect it to the extent required by law. Medical emergencies: call 911.
7. Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 cookies and beacons for aggregate analytics. We do not send personal identifiers into GA4 events, and we serve no third-party advertising cookies on this Site. You can block cookies in your browser and use Google's opt-out add-on.
8. Sharing and Service Providers
We share information only as needed to operate the Site: hosting, form processing and storage (WordPress), analytics (Google Analytics 4), coverage routing (our Coverage Manager), and the licensed provider to whom a lead is legitimately routed. We require providers to use data only to perform services and disclose information when required by law.
9. Security and Retention
We use HTTPS, restricted administrative access, protected (non-public) backup storage, CAPTCHA and rate limiting. No method of transmission is 100% secure. We retain form entries and logs only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize them.
10. Children, Third-Party Links, Changes, Contact
